VIRTUAL & ON-SITE CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS: We work with corporate wellness coordinators for small to medium-sized businesses nationwide to create a healthy lifestyle culture. These 12-week or 12-month group challenge programs use the 12 Fixes app to help employees adopt healthier habits and decrease employee absenteeism, increase productivity, reduce health risks, and provide a way for companies to qualify for health insurance credits without the cost of an extensive wellness program.
We also have a network of registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) across the country using the 12-Fix Plan in my book, 12 Fixes to Healthy. This network is called 12-Fix RDN Affiliate Program.
We sort through the massive amounts of nutritional information to engage employees in evidence-based group challenges that motivate participants to adopt changes for a lifetime.
