Founder and Director Karl Niehus’ family arrived in Adelaide in 1840, Karl was born at (formerly) Queen Victoria Hospital on Fullarton Road, Rose Park. Having grown up in Adelaide he has watched the City expand significantly over the years.
He began working in Sales over 16 years ago and about 4 years ago he decided to put his extensive experience to use in the Real Estate Industry with much success. During this time he has sold millions of dollars of Real Estate hitting record price, after record price in Marden and other suburbs around Adelaide.
The time came to go out on his own with the goal of providing a personally specialised service for each client, something he was unable to offer while under a corporate banner. 1840 Real Estate is a family owned and operated business, ensuring we remain highly motivated by customer satisfaction. Each member of our team specialises in their area of expertise allowing 1840 to offer a full range of services (Sales and Property Management) we also work closely with Mortgage Advisor, New House Home Loans who have been established for over 9 years (Finance Brokers with access to 30+ banking institutions).
