We developed our own proprietary software, Building Surveyor, that draws the plan onsite instantly via Bluetooth as we measure the walls. This technique allows us to use a survey closure process to insure detailed floor plans with close tolerance levels.
We can provide a complete lease area analysis for building owners, managers, and agents using the latest BOMA standard. Our color-coded lease plans and spreadsheets clearly indicate tenant areas and common areas - the easiest to read in the industry. Our reports include full floor plans in black and white, color-coded lease plans, suite drawings if requested, and a CD with all of the files in both PDF and CAD format. Our in-house CAD department has the flexibility to meet your time requirements and unique needs. And once your building is in CAD format, tenant areas can change and be recalculated in a snap.
