20Something is an agency within Serviceplan, run by students that connect brands with generations Y & Z. We are a target group expert. Everything we do is about youngsters: from research to workshops, from insights to campaigning. Every day we ask the question: "What do young people think, what do they want and what do they do?" In order to help brands better understand youngsters, we created their own agency. Every year, about 50 young talents from different backgrounds get the opportunity to work on brand strategy and creative communication. They assess how well (or not) a branding is doing in the current context, and they envision their future.
