Back in 2023, our founder Clint Santos experienced a moment of genuine happiness that ignited a fire within him to pursue greater things. This marked the beginning of a deep personal journey, inspired by a desire for growth and new beginnings.
With nearly a decade of experience in the BPO world — climbing from agent to executive — Clint made the bold decision to leave his corporate job and start anew. He entered the virtual assistant industry with nothing but grit, skill, and a burning desire to prove his purpose.
From that experience, a business was born.
Today, 21st Virtual Assistance Consultancy stands tall, fueled by purpose and driven by passion. Clint now leads a team of 21 specialized virtual assistants, each one committed to helping clients around the world thrive — in administration, marketing, customer service, real estate, eCommerce, and beyond.
