STORY - Throughout the almost 20 years as a corporate trainer, leader and executive, our Founder Terry Jones aka Trainer Terry trained and coached thousands on a myriad of topics all meant to help, support and build up their skills and abilities to maximize their performance in their respective roles. He worked with and for some of the most reputable companies in the country and had a professional career that spanned almost 25 years. While he had what some would call a successful career in corporate america, he admits to starting out very green and very naive and had to learn a lot of hard lessons along the way.
His current life’s passion is coaching and mentoring corporate professionals to discover the best in themselves by working smarter with the insight and the courage to believe in themselves and go after what they really want to be able to live the life of their dreams and thrive successfully in a corporate environment by maximizing the power of possibilities. He has so many gems, tips and tricks that he learned over the course of his career and he wants to share them to as many people who will listen to learn from all he went through and all the mistakes and missteps he made so others won’t have to make them and be able to accelerate the success and impact in their career.
