4L - Life-Long Learning Laboratory

Established in 2017 as a Civil Society Organisation with the mission to enhance the Skills development in Georgia and contribute to the ongoing TVET reform agenda. With diverse education consulting services specialising in institutional development by fostering diversity, gender equality, and inclusion in skill development initiatives, 4L enables organisations' impact to be elevated with tailored solutions in policy and strategy development for dynamic skills ecosystems. 4L has made a mark in formation of skills eco-system and provided support to the key stakeholders (Government, Business, Schools etc.) in establishing systems of PPPs, WBL, Career Guidance, Entrepreneurial education, Quality assurance mechanisms and introduction of Secondary VET programs. Since 2024 company enters a new phase of development as pioneers of Georgian TVET reform take the initiative to lead the core team of 4L and set more ambitious mission for the organisation.
