We are an international organization incorporated as a 501(c)3 in the US. We train trainers & educators to implement truly impactful experiences in women's self-defense and support our professionals as they provide powerful, useful effective workshops and courses in their communities. We emphasize the realities women face in a variety of cultural experiences rather than focus on the easy, comfortable (fear based) approaches. As one of our colleagues shared "everything you thought you knew about women's self-defense is about to change forever". How did we earn this accolade? We took a stand against the traditional approaches to education anchored in fear and amplifying the day-to-day worries persons Identifying as women already experience. We created a curriculum and philosophy emphasizing the natural, intuitive strengths women possess. We approach every course, every workshop with the absolute belief that we are all working from a place of strength growing daily to a new place of strength. We believe at our core that you have the right to take up space on the planet.
