We value the intelligence and UNIQUE LIVED PERSONAL EXPERIENCE of each student in the classroom--from the newest to the most veteran 911Pro. So no one "attends" our courses; each class member participates as a "co-teacher" who can make unique contributions to every discussion borne of their own perspectives, expertise, curiosity, and desire to learn. We value incorporating ADULT-LEARNING ACTIVITIES into our training which invite students to activate critical-thinking skills fostering that dynamic, interactive co-teaching experience that boosts the class experience's value for all involved.
