The company was founded in Helsingborg in 1918 by Alfred Cronholm and is the oldest real estate firm in Sweden. As a commissioner, Alfred Cronholm created valuable contacts with EPA department stores already in the 1930's when they established theirselves around the country. The company successfully developed. Son Carl Cronholm started a division in Malmö in the early 1960's, focusing on homes, real estate holdings, castles and farms. Carl and his wife Gunvor have three sons, Stephen, Christer and Bjorn. "Calle Cronholm" became known for his large network and his successful commercial transactions and was dominant estate in 1970 - and the 1980's in southern Sweden.
Today, the company is run by Director & Partner, Dimitris Merachtsakis and Cronholmgruppen AB. Our common goal is that the company should be a natural partner for comprehensive real estate business. Brokerage service is performed with a sense of ethics, morals and maintaining continuity with its origins from 1918.
