At this early stage we can provide you with more information about the process and will identify the types of issues that could be problematic when applying for Planning Permission. In most cases we will be able to give you a quotation, free of charge, on the day. Following our initial visit, we will survey your property and produce plan drawings of the existing and proposed development. We will give careful consideration to the brief, design, orientation and interaction between the property, land and nearby buildings to ensure the best use is made of the available setting, resulting in desirable ‘added’ value to the property. Throughout the whole process we will be on hand to help as much or as little as you need.
