A.L.E. is a non-profit organization geared towards mobilizing talented lower-income students at Yale University both over the course of their freshman year and beyond. By arming Federal Pell Grant recipients with the resources necessary to thrive in the classroom, engage locally, and pursue professional interests, A.L.E. enables under-resourced students to take full advantage of the multitude of academic and professional opportunities at their disposal.
