Our modern, flexible machining facility specialises in small to medium size batch production, but can
equally accommodate prototype and preproduction requirements. Dedicated cellular manufacturing is
also available for high rate production, incorporating a wide range of materials.
CAD/CAM data can be manipulated in most formats including Pro-Engineer, Catia, IGES, DXF and STEP files.
Mechanical assembly and build is undertaken to meticulous standards. Customer process instructions and
quality specifications are guaranteed, including the application of adhesives and lubricants, whilst
maintaining component cleanliness.
A One can supply labelled and fully traceable kits of parts in dedicated Kit Boxes reducing assembly
time and cost. This support can be extended by way of Kanban or Direct Line Feed options, enabling
our customers to further reduce their supply base.
