L'azienda nasce nel 1964, su iniziativa del suo fondatore, il Sig. Aldo Gandola, specializzando la stessa nel settore delle Creme Spalmabili con cacao, latte e nocciole. Nel 1978 è stato acquistato, a Rudiano, sempre in provincia di Brescia, un biscottificio ( Gandola Biscotti ), oggi ottimamente avviato nel mercato dei Frollini e Savoiardi.
Grazie alla tecnologia e alle innovazioni sul processo produttivo le aziende presentano una ampia gamma di Frollini, creme spalmabili in vari gusti e nei vari settori : biologico, energetico/sportivo, salutistico ed equosolidale.
Molta strada è stata fatta e oggi, il gruppo industriale Gandola , è divenuto una realtà importante nel mercato di produzione e distribuzione di prodotti alimentari e dolciari.
