A2JBC believes that for change to happen that improves access to justice, we need a culture shift in the justice system. We encourage justice sector individuals and organizations to engage in access to justice action – policy changes, programs and projects that are user-centred, collaborative, experimental and evidence-based. We have also supported the culture shift through creation of and alignment building around an Access to Justice Triple Aim Measurement Framework. We call this the A2JBC Approach.
In 2022, A2JBC launched the Transform the Family Justice System Collaborative. This initiative is focused on achieving family well-being using strategy mapping, user-centred design and developmental evaluation approaches.
