The innovative program was launched in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), in June 2013 and it is open to all GCC aged between 25 to 35 years old who hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have two years' work experience. The leadership program is designed to develop national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of the UAE and to graduate a highly competent national professional workforce to ensure the country's global sustainability, creating a pool of efficient and inspirational government leaders in the state who will significantly contribute to the sustained progress and development of the Gulf as a whole.
