ACS is owned by Stefan Hill and Elco Geldenhuys, two practicing attorneys with years of legal experience in civil and employment law. Recognizing that businesses in the private and public sector, all spheres of government, as well as attorneys and their clients, regularly require the services of businesses who offer transcription work, we decided to start an independent enterprise, specialising in, but not limited to, the transcription of disciplinary hearings, arbitration proceedings, meetings and court work.
As ACS was incorporated in late 2021, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, we realised that the traditional approaches to this type of work resulted in unnecessary running costs, a cost usually borne by the customer. By streamlining our business model and keeping our running costs at an absolute minimum, customers are able to benefit from significantly reduced service rates compared to other service providers in the market. Changing our way of thinking about how a business should run, we are able to deliver impeccable work to satisfied customers at affordable and highly competitive rates and with excellent turnaround times.
