The Cearense Academy of Aerospace Sciences (ACCAER) is an association made up of individuals and legal entities of a scientific and educational nature. Non-profit and with the purpose of promoting education as a tool for human development, bringing together professionals from the aviation field, from other segments, and scholars who are interested in actions in the field of aerospace sciences.
Conceived in December 2023, ACCAER is the consolidation of the purpose of countless people from Ceará who, throughout their life paths, have dedicated themselves and continue to do so to Brazilian aviation, driven by Alberto Santos Dumont, by Ceará's Marechal do Ar Casimiro Montenegro Filho and Dr. Fernando de Mendonça. It comes in a year with a significant milestone the approval of the installation of a unit of the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in Ceará.
