Accera Camp is a residential outdoor adventure and activity camp located in Toscana Valley, Khao Yai. The camp's philosophy is inspired by Kurt Hahn's educational principles and aims to develop qualities such as compassion, honesty, initiative, and a thirst for adventure. The camp will also emphasise Positive Education, a leading component of well-being pioneered by the University of Pennsylvania.
The camp's philosophy will draw from the educational principles of Kurt Hahn, founder of Salem School in Germany, Gordonstoun in Scotland, the Outward Bound movement, and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme. The focus will be on developing skills and confidence to deal with unfamiliar territory, awakening self-belief in young people, and nurturing qualities such as compassion, honesty, initiative, and a sense of service.
