Access Municipal was founded by Dr. Warren Silverman who is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Forensic Medicine. He has also been Board Eligible for Emergency Medicine. Dr. Silverman has over 30 years of experience in Occupational medicine. He has evaluated and treated workers all across New York and New Jersey. An area of particular expertise, is in the municipal employee. Issues such as 207 (a) and (c), Section 71, 72, & 73, FMLA, ADA, DOT, OSHA and PESH are frequent matters with the most complex being of particular interest. He has provided opinion and expert witness testimony across New York State and has worked with many towns, villages, cities, counties and federal groups to solve problems. The idea is to assist in problem solving. Whether that is a telephone inquiry, or a full blown investigation, we are ready to sit at the table and solve dilemmas.
