Chris Veitch is a specialist in international accessibility policy, inclusivity and customer service. He has undertaken a number of high profile policy roles, including as Special Advisor in Accessibility (Tourism) to the UK Department of Work and Pensions/the Minister for Disabled People. He played a key role in the development of the English Tourism Council’s National Accessible Scheme and VisitEngland's new Accessibility Guides standards. He was UK project manager for the pan-Europe EU funded Ossate Project ‘Europe for All’ to provide digital information on accessible tourist accommodation and attractions across Europe and currently advises the European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT). Chris is a past Vice Chair of Tourism for All. He has authored a number of publications and spoken at many international conferences on accessibility.
Robyn Griffith-Jones is a specialist in marketing, tourism management and accessible tourism policy and a Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality at London South Bank University. As a specialist in inclusive marketing she has authored VisitEngland's guides on marketing for destinations and for businesses and project managed its recent Access for All national marketing campaign. She is a Trustee of Tourism for All.
Robyn is a past Director of the English Tourist Board and held senior public affairs and marketing positions with British Airways, the V&A and Cunard.
