Access Pathways is a peer-led community supporting international undergraduate students through every stage of their journey: from transition to campus life to landing internships and building careers. 🌍
We know the challenges international students face because we’ve lived them:
- Navigating new academic systems
- Facing recruiting barriers with limited visa sponsorship
- Feeling isolated without a strong community
- Managing essential life skills like taxes, healthcare, and employment logistics
That’s why Access Pathways exists. We are by students, for students; a collective that believes peer knowledge and community can open doors that often feel closed.
🔹 What We Do
Access Pathways helps international undergrads thrive through:
🎯 Career Support: Peer resume reviews, mock interviews, job strategy, and visa-informed recruiting advice
💬 Community Building: Events, buddy systems, study groups, and social spaces to make connection easier
🧭 Campus Navigation: Help with understanding systems, adulting (taxes, CPT/OPT), and mental health resources
📊 Advocacy: Gathering student insights to push for more inclusive support from schools and employers
🔹 Our Impact So Far
We started small with just 10 students. But together, we’ve helped each other land 6+ offers across investment banking, consulting, tech, and research in one year. Our model works because it centers real lived experience and trust.
