AccessRx America is a non-profit trade association of the pharmacy industry, established under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The founding principle of AccessRx America is the restoration of real customer-driven competition in the Medicare Part D system, which only the reinjection of small and independent pharmacies into the market can provide. AccessRx America will aggressively work to restore real competition in the Medicare Part D system in any public, legislative or regulatory debate.
