ACEITES FAMILIA MUNTANYA
Alicante es mundialmente conocida por las playas de su Costa Blanca, en el sureste de España. Pero pocos saben que en su interior se esconde un pequeño pueblo, La Canyada, con una de las mejores condiciones para el cultivo de olivos centenarios; inviernos fríos y veranos secos bajo el infinito sol mediterráneo.
En este pequeño pueblo de la sierra de Alicante vive una familia, “los Muntanya” (“los Montaña”), que desde hace cinco generaciones cultivan olivos, de cuyos frutos nace OCTOBRIS, uno de los mejores aceites de oliva virgen extra de España.
¿Su secreto? Utilizar aceitunas de una alta calidad, recogidas entre octubre y diciembre, cuando están en el punto justo de verdeo o madurez óptimos, y elaborar cada uno de los diferentes aceites en una pequeña almazara.
Una clara apuesta por la calidad y la tradición, cuidando hasta el mínimo detalle en todo el proceso de cultivo y elaboración.
