The ACE program prepares aboriginals to own and operate their own business through mentorship and experiential learning. With tailored coaching for each student, guidance is offered to tackle the specific challenges and needs of each individual. Personal growth through ACE sets the groundwork for students to enhance their entrepreneurial knowledge, which they can then use to take flight upon earning their entrepreneurial wings. Most importantly, the program is brought to each community so that students have no need to travel to urban centre universities.
This British Columbia based program values community preferences and does not impose anything upon communities that have invited us into their lives. Through partnership with TRICORP, Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, and numerous communities and government organizations, ACE makes the process as easy as possible for students to truly grow as a person and an entrepreneur.
