Ace Tickets started out of an observed lack of availability and quality supplies in the valet parking industry. Before starting our company we gradually worked our way up from simple valets attendants to valet business managers, hence being in charge of the logistics for valet parking tickets and other supplies. We have worked with all sorts of business types necessitating valet parking services including restaurants, bars, night clubs, schools, hospitals, car dealerships, venues, shopping malls and also private events and parties. We knew the valet parking industry very well before we started making valet tickets, we have a clear understanding of the industry needs and what our customers expect from our products. Although most of our experience was gained while working in two of Texas largest cities (Houston, Dallas), we have built strong business ties with many valet parking industry leaders based in most major cities nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience in the valet parking industry, we were ready to bring solutions to some of the issues we had experienced firsthand: – Very limited number of valet tickets suppliers, given the fast growing number of valet parking businesses nationwide, – Relatively high-cost of custom valet parking tickets, – Nonexistent local valet parking supplies store At ACE TICKETS, our goal is to assist our clients to create a better working experience for valet attendants and their extended customers.
