ActiMed was formed in 2014 as a contract therapy Company. Since then, we have provided contract services to the Acute Hospital, Swingbed, Inpatient Rehab, Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long Term Care (LTC), Outpatient, School, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Hospice, and Home Health Settings. We opened our first Outpatient Clinic to offer Physical Therapy in Seminary during June 2018 & quickly followed by opening our second clinic in Puckett during September 2018. We opened our 3rd clinic in Ellisville during July 2021. ActiMed is focused on outcomes and seeks to provide the best Occupational, Speech, & Physical Therapy in Puckett, Seminary, Ellisville & all surrounding areas.
