For 7 years I’ve studied under and been coached personally by Shirzad Chamine, The NY Times Best Selling Author of Positive Intelligence, C-suite executive coach, Stanford Lecturer, and former CEO of the largest coach training organization in the world (CTI). My work leverages his mental fitness ‘operating system’ based on neuroscience and research with 500,000 participants (including thousands of CEOs and executives), personal experiences spanning over 15 years leading large commercial teams at American Express, running revenue in startups, singing in bands, and doing voiceovers (the last two were rather amusing stories and stints). My approach is to bring cutting edge, authentic, and inspiring consulting and support to executive clients in addition to an app guided platform from Positive Intelligence Inc to help build lasting new habits of the mind and fix the fact that 90% of personal growth approaches fizzle and fail within days or months of being deployed.
