The founder of ADAPT Sports & Fitness, Julian Wright, is a 15-year professional basketball player who has been blessed with the opportunity to play at a high level while seeing what it takes from a sport management aspect, to run a 100%-owned sports and fitness company based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Mission: Helping clients become multi-skilled and fit through modern methods of training and productive citizens through the teaching of life skills.
Services are offered to basketball players of both genders from as early as 2 years of age up to 18 years old and unto the collegiate and professional levels.
Expect energetic, thought-provoking training that emphasizes ways to excel in different skill sets and environments, becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable in order to A.D.A.P.T.
Warmups are used to engage different muscle groups as speed and agility and injury prevention exercises give clients a look into how professionally trained athletes prepare during the season and off-season.
