ADER TECHNOLOGY is a company created in 2017 by ALI TATAR Mohamed Reda. It specializes in project management and consultancy services, automation and instrumentation. Our mission is to intervene in the organization and monitoring of small and medium-sized projects in several sectors in Belgium and abroad: - Managing daily status meetings - Managing of weekly coordination meetings with the suppliers and engineering offices (Feasibility study, Design, Construction, Work Permit, Walkdown & Mechanical Completion), - Controlling progress - Technical engineering - Giving technical advise - Assisting in procurement activities (such as preparation of inquiries, negotiations…) - Control of the planning and budget prepared by the engineering office - Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information - Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives, - Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves, - Automatism work coordination of potential sub-contractors, - Testing benches and customer revenue validation, - FAT and SAT qualification test achievement, - User manual production and functional analysis studies, - Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Qualification IVOV & team engineer management, - Start-Up, Hand Over of site facilities & - Preventive and curative maintenance, G.M.A.O.
