🌟 Neurodiversity Training & Masterclass: Neurodiversity and leadership training for people managers, providing tools and guidance to promote neurodiversity inclusion, instil psychological safety, and improve empathy and professional relationships.
🌟 Neurodiversity Consultations: Provide 1:1 neurodiversity consultations or group-facilitated discussions.
🌟 Masterclass and Courses to educate Autistic and ADHDers to manage their neurodivergence based on personal life contexts;
🌟 1:1 Mentoring: Supporting neurodivergents and parents of neurodivergent children to understand and thrive with their neurodifferences.
We embody the neurodiversity movement, which displaces the medical model of disability and recognises the barriers presented through the way society is organised.
We believe that these barriers can be removed with adequate support.
