Privately owned company, established in 2006 and specialized in diagnostic, repair, reconditioning, modification and optimization of the ship’s propellers for all kind of vessels. Our Senior Technicians have been educated and certified in a Propeller Dynamic’s Advanced Propeller School which has program set according to ISO 484/2 Standards. We use revolutionary marine propeller inspection system that enables propellers to be remanufactured and tuned to very high levels of accuracy, adhering to ISO 484/2 tolerances. With 14 years of experience, we repair/modified/optimized average 1000 different sizes of propellers per year. Many medium cruising vessels, ferries and fishing boats navigate with modified and optimized propellers by Adriatic Propeleri Company. Our experienced team can provide worldwide services and diagnostic of ship’s propellers without removing propellers from the shaft, using the latest technology in 3D scanning (Creaform 3D scanner). New measuring system allows us to measure propellers over 5,000 mm. Moreover, the propellers are measured in 3D projection, so that, among other things, the thickness at individual locations is measured. Propeller inspection/diagnostic allows ship’s owners to get to know the condition of the ship's propeller at no additional cost (removing the propellers from the shaft), which will allow the decision on further steps. Adriatic Propeleri is not the only company repairing propellers in situ, but we are the sole company that optimize propellers after repair using sophisticated measuring equipment and providing a computer generated report of the actual condition of the repaired/optimized propellers as a guarantee of a well performed work. Vessel propellers that has been optimized by Adriatic Propeleri are accurate,efficient and causing no vibrations. These Vessels consumes less fuel, saving money and increasing a vessels range. On average, a vessel with an ISO Class S propeller uses between 10-15% less fuel than a Class III
