• Creating and sending proposals
• Setting up estimate follow-up procedures
• Scheduling appointments and jobs
• Posting and monitoring activity across all social media platforms
• Making outbound calls, following up with clients/leads as needed
• Light bookkeeping such as billing, invoicing, and payroll (this includes following up on past due invoices)
