We are a family owned private ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery practice who has been serving our community for over 18 years. Throughout the years our focus has slowly narrowed to Nasal, Sinus and Allergy related symptoms as well as Rhinoplasty and Facelift procedures. Our foundation was built on our mission statement of Making Our Patients’ Everyday Lives Better. We do this by living out our culture which encompasses our core values of; Teamwork, Education, Respect, Results and Accountability. We refuse to compromise on exceptional medical care therefore we are constantly gathering data and finding new ways to deliver results to our patients.
The heart of our culture is our philanthropy project which we call ODAM. One Day A Month we offer free ENT services to the underserved Colorado community, no questions asked. Every employee is paid their regular salary on ODAM and is personally involved one way or another in delivering quality of life results and exceptional customer service to patients who otherwise might not have received it. We believe in a work life balance which includes half day Fridays and a family friendly environment. We are a group of people who truly get along, enjoy each other’s company and have an extremely high attendance at impromptu happy hours.
