Aegis Ampoules & Vials Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 Company registered with USFDA for DMF Type III, located at Aurangabad in Maharashtra, the most industrially developed state in India. The company has expertise of 30 years in glass conversion technology and pioneered in India for introducing world-class technologies. The facilities are equipped with latest production lines from Europe and capable to meet any international quality standards. Aegis along with its associate companies has the expertise and capabilities to produce and process 1 Billion Pieces per Annum of different capacities from 0.5 ml to 100 ml. Aegis has Stem Ampoules, Funnel Ampoules and Closed Ampoules under its HiSafe Brand. These Ampoules comes with option of maximum 3 colour identification rings, pre-fragiled system like colour break and OPC (One Point Cut) system. HiSafe Tubular vials are specially designed for Lyophillization (Freeze Drying) process and also for filling of both dry and liquid Injections by Pharmaceutical companies. Aegis has capabilities to supply products in Tubular Glass as well as Moulded Glass with fitting closure accessories and decoration. Aegis is pioneer in introducing a lot of glass packaging containers in Tubular Glass form from conventional Moulded Glass.. Tubular Glass has clear advantage like better glass neutrality, more stability, longer shelf life, capacity to prevent oxidation of delicate and sensitive perfumes, Cosmetics and medicinal formulations and flexibility of minimum production batch size of 5000 pcs. That’s the reason more and more perfume, cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies prefer Tubular Glass for their packaging by replacing moulded Glass. The other services offered by Aegis is complete accessories like caps, closures, pumps, automisers, droppers, plastic roll-on system and stick plugs along with decoration facility for our customers as single source under one roof.
