Aerosol Science And Technology Journal

Aerosol Science And Technology Journal company information, Employees & Contact Information

Established in 1982, Aerosol Science and Technology (AS&T), is the official journal of AAAR, published by Taylor & Francis. It publishes the results of theoretical and experimental investigations into aerosol phenomena and closely related material as well as high-quality reports on fundamental and applied topics. AS&T is published monthly and sent to all members of the AAAR. Aerosol Science and Technology Journal publishes theoretical, numerical and experimental investigations papers that advance knowledge of aerosols and facilitate their application. Articles on either basic or applied work are suitable. Topics may include instrumentation for the measurement of aerosol physical, optical, chemical and biological properties; aerosol dynamics and transport phenomena; numerical modelling; charging; nucleation; nanoparticles and nanotechnology; lung deposition and health effects; filtration; and aerosol generation. Consistent with the criteria given above, papers that deal with the atmosphere, climate change, indoor and workplace environments, homeland security, pharmaceutical aerosols, combustion sources, aerosol synthesis reactors, and contamination control in semiconductor manufacturing will be considered. AS&T normally does not consider papers that describe routine measurements or models for aerosol air quality assessment. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial evaluation by the Editor and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert reviewers. All peer review is single anonymized. Submissions are made online via ScholarOne Manuscripts. The journal's readership includes physicists, chemical engineers, electrical engineers, environmental scientists, mechanical engineers, mining engineers, nuclear engineers, and those involved in occupation safety and hygiene.
