Spot Welding
- Amada Precision Spot-Welder
MIG Welding
- Several Miller and Lincoln Welders
Media Blasting
- Several automatic and manual blasting units, utilizing aluminum oxide, glass bead, and plastic media to improve product surface for coating or product uniformity
Powder Coating
- Automatic Powder Coating Line
- 800 feet of overhead conveyor, 7-stage washer with reverse osmosis rinse, 52-foot dry-off oven, Nordson fourteen-gun automatic quick color-change spray booth, 100-foot two-pass cure oven capable of processing parts 3.5 wide by 6 tall by 12 long.
- Large Batch Oven
- Spray Wand pre-treatment capable of powder coating product up to 8 by 8 by 22 feet
- Substrates of steel, aluminum, grey or ductile iron, or aluminum extrusions and castings are capable of passing 1,000 hours of salt spray when processed through our system
