Afaq- Al-Hiwar Foundation is a civil society organization established in September 2019 and registered under the number (201909.26.50) of the Commission for Civil Society in Libya.
Based in Sirte, we are building a generation of active young leaders in society.
We seek to spread the culture of dialogue and debate, and enable young people to communicate their voice to decision-makers in Libya in general and in the city of Sirte in particular, and we focus on young men and women under the age of 40, and we aspire to build a wide network of relations with non-governmental and non-profit organizations from the African neighborhood of Libya and the neighboring countries In the Mediterranean Sea.
