Targeted Recruitment of People with Disability: We offer professional recruitment and candidate sourcing services with a unique focus: exclusively representing jobseekers with disability. Incorporating IncludeAbility best practice, we apply commercial recruitment practices alongside a barrier-free, inclusive approach — from job design and advertising, through to interview and selection. We access and optimise a wide range of talent sourcing avenues including government agencies.
Employer Capability Building: Offered as standalone or to compliment Recruitment activity. We deliver practical workshops grounded in disability confident best practice to equip hiring managers and recruitment teams with the skills, confidence and frameworks needed to recruit and support candidates with disability.
Affirmative Recruitment operates nationally from a Melbourne base, with a flexible delivery model that enables us to work remotely while engaging trusted local partners to ensure place-based insight and impact.
