With our proprietary algorithm, we’re even able to generate attendance forecasts for the day which we share on our free mobile app. We set up (or pair with) sensors to measure attendance or waiting times in real-time. Affluences is the only company able to communicate this kind of information thanks to proprietary sensors. We compute and analyse all incoming data thanks to our predictive algorithm. The retrieved data is then processed and weighted with multiple parameters to generate hourly forecasts. Our algorithm is updated every five minutes for increased accuracy. Affluences’ estimates are available on mobile and desktop. Our free app will give you everything you need to know about the places you want to visit. Whether it’s real-time or forecasted occupancy or useful information like opening hours, available services, events... You can even find all Affluences partners sorted by distance with the map view. If the institution has opted for Affluences’ webAPIs, this information might even be available on their official website or mobile app. Affluences’ partners can access all their attendance metrics on an intuitive dashboard available on desktop and mobile. All the information featured in the app can be easily modified. They can, for example, schedule pop-up messages and update their event calendar displayed on the app. It also features the Affluences booking system and statistics module, letting partners know everything about their visiting trends and helping them to get the most out of their available resources. Just as it is natural to check the opening hours of the place you want to visit or the weather before going out, Affluences wanted to make the occupancy information as accessible as possible. Once poorly communicated, this information is beginning to prove particularly useful and is increasingly found on various institutions.
