The AFL Coaches' Association is the collective representative voice of coaches in the Australian Football League.
The overall welfare and development of AFL coaches is the key responsibility of the Coaches’ Association, assisting them in their professional and personal lives.
Since its inception in 2002 the AFLCA has grown significantly and now has over 150 members, comprised of full-time senior and assistant coaches from all 18 AFL Clubs.
The Association aims to play a key role in the football industry, growing the game in partnership with the AFL, clubs, players and coaches.
