Afri (Action from Ireland) is a Dublin-based NGO dedicated to promoting human rights, peace, justice, and environmental sustainability, with particular emphasis on addressing injustices rooted in conflict and impacting the Global South. The organisation is honoured to have the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu as its patron, alongside former UN Assistant Secretary-General Denis Halliday.
Afri is an active member of several international and national networks, including the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, the International Peace Bureau, the Stop Climate Chaos Coalition, and the Irish Development Education Association.
