Africa Infrastructure Development Company Ltd (AIDCL) was set up in 2017 as a company with the sole purpose of raising funds for infrastructure projects in Africa. Housing has been a high priority for us and we have spent the last two years in developing a model of financing where we do not have to depend upon sovereign guarantees or other instruments provided by national governments. We arrange all funding from overseas, basically from European sources. This company is based in Hong Kong. It is responsible for raising the funds and also for finalizing the projects in Africa.
