Africa Power Ventures (APV) is a boutique energy consultancy based in South Africa and Mauritius and working across sub Sharan Africa. TRANSACTION & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: We provide Transaction and Project Development Assistance to new generation and transmission projects from concept through to financial close, with a clear focus on driving commercial bankability. This includes PIM development, PPA negotiation & structuring, financial modelling, project management and other critical project functions.
SMART DECISION MAKING TOOLS: Our work is facilitated by the development of agile and Smart Decision Making Tools – decisions made in the development of power markets have significant economic, financial and long term impacts. APV believes that these are best supported with tools that allow for informed, logical and calculated decision making processes.
