The AfroCentric Group is the most diversified healthcare company in Southern Africa. Effective June 2023, Sanlam increased shareholding in the AfroCentric Group to 60%, becoming a majority shareholder. As a Level 1 B-BBEE rated investment holding company listed on the JSE, AfroCentric companies deliver a range of healthcare products and services for both private and public sectors. Within Pharmaceutical Solutions, Pharmacy Direct stands as AfroCentric's largest company and the country’s largest courier pharmacy, servicing both the private and public sectors.
