AGC R&F developed an innovative process to recover base oil and light ends from waste oils — typically used crankcase oils, used lubricants, or marine slops. The AGC patent-pending re-refining technology (ARR) will preserve, in some cases enhance, the physical and chemical properties of both mineral and synthetic base oils and various fuels.
The recovered base oil will retain the physical and chemical characteristics of the virgin base stock, specifically the percentage of Saturates, Pariffins and Polyalphaolefins (PAOs) count and Viscosity Index, as confirmed by ASTM tests.
Allen Filters was founded in 1948 in Springfield, Missouri and held the first U.S. patent on vacuum distillation. For 70 years, Allen was the industry leader in fluid dehydration and lubricant purification systems.
