Agera Telecom is a Brazilian telephone carrier with points of presence (POP´s) in the most important Brazilian cities. Its network operation center (NOC) and development laboratory are based in São Paulo. Agera has a network based on NGN, capable to switch calls between TDM and VOIP networks. An expressive portion of the equipments software is developed in our labs. Anatel (Brazilian telecommunications regulatory agency) authorized Agera to operate the SCM (multimedia switching service) license and STFC (fixed telephony switching service). Working in all these fronts, Agera offers the best service to our clients.
