The UC Davis Student Foundation (a.k.a. Aggies Helping Aggies), believes that students supporting each other reinforces UC Davis’ mission to make the world a better and more equitable place. Aggies Helping Aggies primarily raises money for and oversees three philanthropic programs that directly benefit undergraduates. The Student Emergency Relief Aid program (SERA) provides immediate financial support to students who are facing urgent challenges like illness, unemployment, inability to make rent, displacement due to wildfires, and more. The Cap & Gown Award help students afford those items, both of which are important to academic success and their graduation ceremony. Lastly, the Senior Class Challenge is an opportunity for graduating seniors to make improving campus programs and supporting their peers parts of their legacy.
