Das Projekt Agri-Gaia unter der Leitung des Deutschen Forschungszentrums für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) baut ein KI-Ökosystem für die mittelstandsgeprägte Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft auf Basis von GAIA-X auf. So können mit KI-Werkzeugen beispielsweise präzisere Landmaschinen hergestellt werden, die eine effizientere, nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung von Böden ermöglichen. Das kommt Landwirtinnen und Landwirten zu Gute, schont die Umwelt und stärkt die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit deutscher Landtechnikhersteller.
