We are trying to solve problems of open-air stubble burning of agro waste crop residues such as (Banana trunks, cotton stalks, Turmeric leaves ,corn cobs etc.)
Burning biomass emits large amounts of pollutants, just like burning other solid fuels such as coal. Burning of these agro waste emits particulate matter (PM), nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), sulphur dioxide (SO2), lead, mercury, and other hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
Worldwide, $120 billion worth of crop and forest residues are burned in the open each year. If used productively, these residues represent a $10 billion market globally. We are process can be a profitable way to make economic use of this biomass, while reducing air pollution.
Biochar Machine: A portable machine for converting Agri Waste crops residues into valuable products. The machine does not require any kind of external source for running like Electricity etc.
Biochar improves water and fertilizer holding capacity in the soil, which provide essential nutrients to crop and promote plant growth. Soil degradation and accumulation of pesticide residues are the two major problems being faced by farmers. Biochar as a raw material is also used to produce Bio Incense Sticks and other products.
Bio Incense Sticks- We have also developed BioIncense stick made from biochar and agro waste such as Banana trunks, cotton stalks, Turmeric leaves ,corn cobs etc. Some other products that are in pipeline to be developed like bio-dhoop sticks, bio-loban stick, bio-lobhan diyas ,bio-mosquito sticks etc.
